we took macie on her first road trip this past weekend to clovis, nm. my granny lives out there and all of my aunts and uncles on my mom's side were there for the weekend. my aunt debbie gave my granny the name "granny great" for all of her great-grandkids to call her. macie was on her best behavior and only cried for a little while in the car on the way out and on the way back. she also went swimming for the first time...the pool was too cold for her, but she loved swimming in the hot tub...she thought it was just a big bath!
Finally some pictures of that little girl!! :) I have been impatiently waiting for some updates. She is precious. Can't wait to see her again.
